Where do I begin, my old Trane HVAC ( 25 plus years) was starting to sound ruff and decided to get a new Air handler/ heat pump system. I inquired with two different companies and of course I choice the wrong one. The company that I went with was not a Trane dealer they installed their system and it did not work from day one, after two nights of waking up at 3am without heat I told them I would be calling Ron Hammes Refrigeration and getting a Trane system and they could take their crap and do with it as they pleased. I called Hammes on March 27th and talked to Laura Hammes for 18 minutes she was able to bring my blood pressure back to normal. James Hammes was at my door steps on March 29th looked at my situation gave me an estimate said he would do everything to get my heating system functional again. April 6 David arrived with my new Air handler/heat pump took him all day to install and its working great. The heat pump turned on this morning and I had to look out the window to see if it was working because it was so quiet. I was a trane customer and now I am again, I strongly recommend Ron Hammes Refrigeration( you can't stop a Trane).
